Anti-soiling coatings create an invisible protective layer on solar panel surfaces that significantly reduces the adhesion of dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This means panels stay cleaner for longer, requiring less frequent cleaning while maintaining higher energy output.

Our coatings combine hydrophobic (water-repelling) and antistatic properties to address both wet and dry soiling conditions. The hydrophobic effect causes water to bead and roll off, carrying dirt particles with it. The antistatic properties prevent dust from being attracted to and settling on the panel surface.

How It Works

The coating forms a nanoscale layer that modifies the surface energy of the glass. This creates a contact angle that causes water droplets to bead up rather than spread flat. When it rains, or during cleaning, water picks up dirt particles and rolls off the surface. The antistatic component neutralizes the electrostatic charge that typically attracts airborne dust particles.

Application Process
